Steve Haley Retires

After an incredible 50 years in the industry, Steve is closing a chapter that has defined not only his career, but the lives and work of so many around him. Five decades of dedication. Five decades of showing up early, staying late, solving problems, mentoring others, and quietly setting the standard for what commitment really looks like.

Steve, your experience and steady presence have shaped this organization in ways that can’t be measured on paper. The lessons you’ve shared, the integrity you’ve modeled, and the relationships you’ve built have left a mark that will continue to guide us long after today. You weren’t just doing a job — you were building something lasting.

While it’s hard to imagine this place without you, we’re incredibly grateful for the time, wisdom, and heart you’ve given over the years. You have earned every bit of the slower mornings, the new adventures, and the freedom this next chapter brings.
